Expanding access to healthcare anywhere

Galeneo is a decentralized healthcare company on a mission to deliver cutting-edge treatments to patients wherever they are. With the claim “We care for your health wherever you want to be,” Galeneo positions itself as a leader in shaping the future of hospital care.

The name Galeneo is a unique creation that blends “Galen” — a tribute to the renowned ancient physician symbolizing care and personalized attention — with “Neo,” a reference to innovation and modern technological advances. This combination perfectly captures the essence of the company: delivering cutting-edge medical care by combining the warmth of traditional, patient-centered medicine with the latest advancements in decentralized healthcare.

Challenge

The challenge was to create a brand identity that reflected Galeneo’s mission to make advanced healthcare more accessible and human, while establishing its position as a leader in the digital health space. It was also essential to communicate the importance of decentralized healthcare — especially in critical times such as the COVID-19 pandemic, when hospitals are unable to cope with large volumes of patients. In this context, many patients prefer or need to receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

El mayor desafío fue desarrollar una identidad que no solo reflejara la evolución de la marca, sino que también conectara de manera efectiva con una audiencia en busca de soluciones de movilidad flexibles y modernas. Además, era crucial crear una identidad que conectara con la identidad de Europcar pero que consiguera poder que fuera intuitiva y atractiva, capaz de adaptarse a los diferentes mercados y usuarios globales.

Solution

The brand concept was built around the idea of decentralized healthcare, highlighting how Galeneo can bring the hospital directly into the patient’s home. A symbol was created to represent this movement, emphasizing how care moves closer to where it’s needed most. The visual identity combined a logo and color palette designed to evoke trust and accessibility, supported by custom graphic assets that reflect the balance between technology and human care. The art direction focused on conveying warmth and professionalism, using imagery that expresses the connection between advanced technology and personalized attention.

My role in the project

As a branding and design consultant, I led the development of Galeneo’s concept and visual identity, ensuring the brand reflected its mission to make advanced healthcare more accessible and human.

I also led the brand activation and worked closely with the Galeneo team to ensure every aspect of the project was consistent and effective.
